At The Elms, we can offer you the use of many private meeting rooms, with necessary equipment, WiFi and refreshments included. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible so that you can simply focus on your own priorities for the day.

The Gallery

Meeting Venues | Gallery Room

A ground floor room with high ceilings and tall, feature windows, the Gallery Room has direct garden access, which can be most enjoyable on a summer’s day. In the front wing of the main house and adjacent to the Drawing Room – which can be used to serve breakfast – this is a popular choice for business meeting venues.

The Abberley

Abberley Room | Business Meetings

Located in the back of the main house on the first floor, the Abberley Room boasts tremendous views over the Teme valley from this elevated position. It will provide a truly relaxed and peaceful venue for your meeting. Accessed from the main hallway staircase, enjoy the beauty of our Queen Anne mansion whilst you attend to business.

The Terrace

A ground floor room with direct access to the front gardens, the Terrace Room is located next to the Brookes restaurant. A light and comfortable room, it provides a quiet venue for your meeting.

We offer special inclusive rates for day delegates and 24 hour delegates, should you wish to book The Elms as your business meeting venue.

Day delegate

From £55 per delegate, inclusive of:

  • Stationery and standard meeting equipment
  • LCD projector and screen
  • Mineral water
  • Three servings of tea and coffee
  • Two-course lunch
  • WiFi

24 hour delegate

From £175 per delegate, inclusive of all the above and:

  • Three-course a la carte dinner
  • Overnight accommodation in the best rooms available
  • Full English breakfast
  • Full use of our spa facilities
