A unique opportunity to indulge in a private tasting session at The Elms with Herefordshire based Chase Distillery, ahead of a memorable, Chase inspired five-course dinner. This special evening commences at 7pm on Friday June 22nd.

Join us for this most interesting, limited number event, where Tilly Morgan, the brand ambassador for Chase, will reveal some of the secrets as to how this fine Herefordshire distillery creates many of its esteemed products. Enjoy a classic Chase gin and tonic with your canapé before taking your time to taste many of the best spirits that Chase has to offer. Learn more about the history and passion behind this flourishing local business.

You’ll then sit down to a fabulous five-course dinner with a menu that is clearly inspired by Chase and celebrating so many incredible British tastes.

William Chase was a successful Herefordshire potato farmer for 20 years before he ventured into new product areas – still focused on the trusty potato. 2002 saw the launch of the Tyrrells crisps brand, whilst 2008 was the start of Chase Distillery story, following four busy years of research and development from when the idea was first born.

William wanted to create a brand that offered high quality spirits with provenance and pedigree. Ten years on, the business and the product range flourishes – as do the potatoes – it takes 16 tonnes to make just 1000 litres of alcohol!
