Restaurant Manager vacancy at our country house hotel in Worcester
The Elms Hotel & Spa has gained a fantastic reputation for creating delicious and award-winning food as one of the best restaurants in Worcestershire. The restaurant serves award-winning menus using seasonal produce and a notable wine list to complement.
We're now looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to work within our beautiful boutique manor house. This role will include supporting the F&B Manager in the daily operation of this 50-seat restaurant.

Role Criteria
Ideally have previous AA Rosette/fine dining experience or have worked within quality restaurants
Be able to successfully manage a fine dining restaurant and a team of up to 15 staff at peak season
Have experience in taking orders, working with the kitchen team, with good knowledge of room setup and preparation of the restaurant
Be highly customer-focused and have exceptional communication skills
Have at least 2 years of supervisory experience within a similar operation
