Shelsley Walsh Classic Motor Show: 10th to 12th November

Enjoy the final event at this historic motor racing hill climb venue for 2017. You’ll find it just a few miles away from The Elms, nestled in the Teme valley.

Ludlow Castle Medieval Christmas Fayre: 25th and 26th November

Offering stalls, jesters, entertainers and plenty of medieval theming, enjoy some Christmas shopping in Ludlow, taking in the substantial castle that sits proudly above the river. Enjoy the three weirs walk whilst you’re there and plenty of fine eating places for lunch too.

Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre: 30th November to 3rd December

It’s the 25th anniversary of this city’s festive fayre and it’s set to be the best ever, with 180 stalls, entertainment and music filling the streets and venues throughout Worcester. If you need to get into the festive spirit, this might just be the perfect short break.

Worcester Cathedral Festival of Christmas Trees: 9th December to 4th January

Such a magnificent, historic building to visit, the annual Festival of Christmas Trees at Worcester Cathedral is always a draw. Decorating the cloisters in such a magical way, the display will give you plenty of ideas for your own last-minute decorations.

Severn Valley Railway Santa Steam and Christmas Carol Trains: dates throughout December

Worcestershire is extremely proud of its Severn Valley Railway. Look carefully as you travel past the safari park – you might see an elephant or a lion on a clear day! The railway runs many events and December is busy with those that wish to see Santa, in additional to a number of most festive Christmas Carol Trains.

West Midlands Safari Park Santa Safari: 25th November to 24th December

The safari park provides yet another reason to see Santa this Christmas, in addition to a host of endangered and protected wild animals. If you cannot wait until then, the Spooky Spectacular runs throughout October in celebration of Halloween.

Malvern Theatre – Nigel Kennedy: 6th and 7th December

We are blessed with many theatres in reach of The Elms and one upcoming highlight is Nigel Kennedy playing for two exclusive evenings in December at Malvern Theatre. Having spent much of his life living in Malvern, Worcestershire is close to his heart and these evenings should be a fabulous occasion for music lovers.
