Here at The Elms kitchen garden, it’s important that we grow what the kitchen wants to cook with – we work to ensure that as much of our fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs are freshly picked right here at The Elms. In fact, Chef has just asked me to look at growing some globe fennel for the first time next season.
With the nights drawing in and Christmas on the way, Worcestershire will soon have a most wintery feel to it. And yet, this can be a lovely time to come and stay with us! Here’s a list of events in the region that might provide you with a good reason to book some time at The Elms Hotel in the coming months. Though with our glorious spa and AA Rosette Award dining, perhaps that is reason enough?
Following a recent assessment from The AA, we’re delighted to confirm that The Elms has been given four AA Silver Stars for our fabulous hotel facilities and one much coveted Rosette Award for our fine dining Brookes restaurant. This is a huge accolade for an independently run, country house hotel and restaurant, tucked away in rural Worcestershire.

The weather could not have been kinder for our Garden Party on Sunday 23rd July. Held to mark the change of ownership at The Elms – now an independent country house hotel and restaurant – more than 600 guests arrived to enjoy the beautiful gardens and legendary Elms barbecue.
