Following a unique concept and design from innovative Head Chef Daren Bale, The Elms launched our brand new state of the art Outdoor Cookery Demonstration Theatre in July 2008. The area comprises a unique circular “kitchen” allowing Daren to be at his charismatic best and entertain his audience, who all get the chance to achieve the perfect insight into how to create some of the most fantastic dishes available at The Elms. The fully interactive sessions continue an evolution of the highly successful Cooking with Chef sessions that have been held at The Elms for the past 5 years.

Ideal for Team Building Events, Private functions and parties, the demonstration theatre allows for a fully interactive and informative session of cooking, as well as an ideal setting for cocktail parties and events, in the splendour to The Elms Hotel’s Gardens, with fantastic views overlooking the Teme Valley. During summer, the demonstration theatre will be hosting a gourmet BBQ every Sunday evening, which will be available for all our guests at the hotel, allowing a traditional English treat to be enjoyed in the beautiful surroundings afforded to The Elms.
