The Bears Den is an Ofsted registered crèche open every day from 10am to 5pm with an array of exciting activities available to all children.

Activities

We also have special annual events with bouncy castles and outdoor games such as Mad Hatter's Tea Party, Family Fun BBQ and Teddy Bears Picnic which are fun for all the family. Please see our events calendar for the next family event.

Sessions and Booking

The Bears Den offers three sessions a day to entertain our little guests of up to eight years old, two of which are supervised by our nannies and one is an open Stay & Play.  Children over eight are unsupervised; however, can enjoy the older kid’s Blue Room at any time during opening hours.

Our supervised session times are from 10am and from 3pm every day and last two hours each, our unsupervised Stay & Play session which gives parents the opportunity to play within the creche with the little ones is between 12.30pm-2.30pm – for the 30 minutes between each session the crèche is closed. Pre-booking is required for both residents and non-residents; this service is not guaranteed for any guest who has not pre-booked.

There is one session available per child, per day should this be pre-booked.  Further sessions may be available to book closer to your arrival or during your stay. This service is fully complimentary and operates on a first come, first serve basis. Non-residents are permitted to one session slot only which isn't guaranteed in peak times.

This service is subject to availability at time of booking, therefore we recommend checking availability with the crèche prior to making a reservation should you wish to make full use of this facility, especially during peak times.  During off-peak times, should there be no pre-bookings within 24 hours of the session time, the Bears Den will close, therefore pre-booking is always advised to avoid disappointment during your visit.
